Dedication. Expertise. Passion.

Founder

Jadé Coachman

Jadé Coachman started The Coachman Foundation to create positive and impactful changes in her community. She wanted to honor her dad, Bill Coachman for all the hard work he’s done in the community as a city worker, mentor, basketball coach and father figure to young people. After working for the city for several years, Jadé wanted to follow in her fathers footsteps and ensure her families legacy continued to consist of community engagement and activism. Born and raised in Harlem, The Coachman’s understand the impact access, love and opportunities can give young black and brown people Thank you for joining us along this journey!
